    Sieve flour and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Knead till smooth.

    Let it proof for few minutes.

    Roll out dough then cut to desired shapes.

  5. 5

    Heat oil and deep fry mandazi till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Enjoy with your tea
