Samosa and spring rolls home made pastries

To the flour add salt and mix add enough water water to make a soft dough

Knead for 5 min and cover da surface of the dough with oil then cover with kitchen towel

Let it rest for 15 min

After 15min knead again and cut into small balls

Make a flat round dough roll out keep it aside

Do the same for rest

Take each flat dough apply oil and flour and place anoda dough until five doughs are placed

Roll it until a desired circle is achieved

In a medium non stick pan place the pastry for10sec and turn the other side for 10sec remove from pan and let it cool a little before separating the pastries

Ur pastry is done u can use it in any sweet or savory dat request for pastry
