Steps

In a large bowl, pour the couscous, and sprinkle little warm water on it, then mix.

Add the maggi and a little bit of oil and also mix. Then add the moringa.

Add water into a large pot, place an equal sized colander on top of the pot, and transfer the couscous mixture into the colander (its a steamer). Add the chopped onions and scotch bonnets on top of the couscous, then cover it up with a polythene bag and cover the pot.

Steam for about 1 hour. When it is done, mix it thoroughly and serve.

Serve with kuli kuli and yaji. OH YUM 😘😋
