Peel the yam and wash,cook for few minutes,add salt when cooking

Pound your yam and add your onions, pepper, seasoning and mix thoroughly

Mold into balls or any desired shape

Heat your oil, break the eggs and whisk,pour your balls into the whisked egg

Fry on medium heat

Serve while still hot!
