Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsPaneer /cottage cheese
  2. 1 tbspnall purpose flour
  3. Sugar crystals
  4. 125 gmsKhova/ mava
  5. 1/2 cupFresh grated coconut
  6. 1/4 cupPowdered sugar
  7. Decicated coconut for garnishing
  8. Almonds for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Crumble paneer add 1 tbspn all purpose flour and knead to fine soft balls with 2-3 sugar crystals at centre.

  2. 2

    Bring water to boil add these Rasgullas and let them cook. They become fluffy and soft. Then remove from water and then let it cool.

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix Khova/mava, fresh grated coconut, powdered sugar and mix well.

  4. 4

    Coat the Rasgullas with the mixture and roll in desiccated coconut and garnish with almonds.
