Heat up a pan and dry roast peanuts.

Keep them aside in a plate and let it cool.

Heat same pan on medium flame.

Now add semolina and stir it continuesly.

Roasted until it starts changes it's colour.

Now heat oil in a pan.

When it started cracked add urad daal and chana daal.

Now add finely chopped tomatoes and green chillis.

Now add salt, penuts, and roasted semolina.Mix well and turn off the flame

Now add curd in it and mix well.

Add little bit if water and make a batter.

Add chopped green coriander.

Keep it aside fir 10 minutes.

Now heat a big vessel and put a stand in it.

Add approx 2 glass of water.

Let it boil.

Grease another tin from inside.

When water starts boiling mix baking soda and baking powder in batter.

Mix well and immediately transfer it in to tin.

Place that tin on stand and cover the vessel.

Cook for 20 minutes on low flame.

After 20 minutes check with toothpic. If you find it clean then it is ready.

Turn off the flame and keep out the tin.

Little bit cool.

Cut in to pieces.

Serve it with chutney or tea.
