For 150g uncooked rice
  1. ☆Average (light)
  2. 25 ccRice vinegar
  3. 4 gSalt
  4. 8 gSugar
  5. ☆Adult(rich)
  6. 27 ccRice vinegar
  7. 5 gSalt
  8. 10 gSugar
  9. ☆Child(sweet)
  10. 25 ccRice vinegar
  11. 5 gSalt
  12. 12 gsugar
  13. ☆Traditional(salty)
  14. 27 ccRice vinegar
  15. 5 gSalt
  16. 5 gSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Scale each ingredients how much you need. Put all together and mix well until sugar and salt dissolved.

    If warming up vinegar to dissolve salt and sugar, do not boil vinegar

    please see the recipe for 150g of uncooked rice. You can adjust the quantities according to the amount of rice you use
