Moi moi with fried chips sauce

Soak your beans and peel the back of the beans, wash and soak again in water for some time

Peel potatoes cut, fry and set aside, wash your tomatoes, pepper, blend together with fresh ginger to get a smooth paste

In a pan put little oil (depending on quantity of the paste) when hot pour the paste in into the oil add little baking powder (to balance the sour taste of the tomatoes) fry for some minutes, add seasoning of your choice and taste, thyme, sprinkle some grinded cloves, add your chopped spring onions, peas, allow to fry for some minutes on low heat add curry stir and add flour for thickening stir and add your fried potatoes stir and close on low heat for 2 minutes. set aside

Put water on fire (for cooking it) blend your soaked beans with bell pepper, fresh pepper and crayfish to a smooth paste pour into a clean bowl add seasoning of your choice, oil, chopped spring onions and 1 egg (add water if needed) and mix well then pour into moi moi containers or tie in a leather

Put them inside the hot water and cook for some time. Serve with tea or pap
