Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWeeping cream
  2. Hollandia milk 1 cup (Ice cold)
  3. 1/6 cupCondensed milk
  4. 1 spoonVanilla essence
  5. 1/2 cupStrawberry extract
  6. 2 dropsRed food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the mixer bowl n milk in d freezer. Remove when milk is just an inch from frozen then couple the mixing machine. Turn for a sew seconds.

    Add the weeping cream to the bowl. Add flavour and mix from low to high for about 10 minutes

    Add the condensed.

    Add the strawberry extract and mix well

    Add the food colour and mix well

    Put in a plastic container and freeze for hours or overnight

    Scoop and serve cold as plain or decorated strawberry ice scream
