Boil sarson in cooker for 20 minutes then blend it

Take pan add 1 spatula ghee then add chopped ginger and garlic after it get dark brown then add onion

After getting brown then add paste of tomato fry it for 2 or 3 minutes then add salt red chilly according to taste

Avoid turmeric powder now add boiled sarson in it and cook untill extra water absorbed

Now serve it with makki ke roti
