Peel yam slice into desired shapes,wash nd set aside

Slice ur tomatoes& sweet pepper,spring onions and onions den grind ur red pepper nd Scotch bonnet

Wen d yam is don reduce the frying oil into a bowl den add sliced washed kayan Miya,thyme and stir fry for 5minutes den u add ur spices with curry and already fried fish and continue stirring for like 3mnts den add little water stir nd cover to cook for few minutes
