Ingredients

  • Rice flour
  • Cucumber with skin
  • Carrots peeled off
  • Green chilli
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Cumin powder
  • Carom seeds
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oil or butter or clarified butter
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut off the top and end of the cucumber and carrots. Grate them

    Add rice flour into it.

    Add all the spices mentioned above.

    Add water if required as shredded cucumber and carrots have moisture to bind the batter.We need thinner consistency like a dosa batter. Whisk it properly.

    Pour a laddle full of batter on to the non-stick pan. Add oil/butter /ghee if need be.

    Flip the side once cooked.

    Voila! Served hot with any dip.
