Ingredients

12 slice
  • 150 gflour
  • 150 gmelted butter/oil
  • 150 gsugar
  • 100 gMilk
  • 4eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk egg and sugar on high speed using the balloon whisk attachment

    Till it's this creamy and sticky

    Melt butter, add milk and vanilla to the butter,if you are using oil just add milk and vanilla

    Add flour on low speed,then add oil and milk mixture on low speed too... This the what the batter looks like

    Bake for 20 to 25 minute on 160°C
