Take 500ml milk in a heavy bottom pan, give it one boil, then reduce the flame and add custard powder dissolved in 2tbsp milk slowly to the boiling milk & wisk it continuously so that no lumps are formed, then add orange zest and mix well, once the custard thicken add 1tsp butter & switch off the gas.

Grease a square pan with butter pour the hot custard in the pan, cover it with cling wrap such that the wrap touches the custard & let it set on room temperature for atleast an hour.

In another pan prepare strawberry jelly as per the instructions on the packet, just add lesser water than given in the instructions, this will give a thicker jelly.

Once the jelly is done, bring it to room temperature by storing continuously, then pour this over set custard and refrigerate it for atleast 5-6 hours or till set firmly.

Once set cut it into desired pieces, garnish with fresh fruits & serve.
