1/4size yam
1large chicken breast
2 tbspoil
1large onion
3scotch bonnets
Spices
Seasonings
Salt as required

Peel yam, add salt, water and cook

In a pan, add oil, add sliced chicken, add grated bonnets, sliced onions and saute, add spices, seasonings and cook for 7-10mins. Serve warm with the yam.
