Steps

Heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds (1 tsp)and saute them.
Now add chopped ginger and garlic and saute them.
Now add thin sliced onion(1medium)and saute it.
Now add finely chopped and par boiled carrot and green peas(1/2 katori)and saute them on sim.
Now add pinch of turmeric powder,black pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon,coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon,salt as per taste and mix well.
Now add soaked and drained rice-1bowl and saute them. - 2
Now add water till they fully sink and give whistles

Heat oil in a wok or pan and add cumin seeds 1tbsp and pinch of hing and pinch of ajwain,cloves-2 and cinnamon-1small piece and saute them.

Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic-1tbsp and saute them.
Now add chopped onion-2 and saute them.
Now add chopped tomato-2 and saute them on sim. - 5
Now add turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon,black pepper powder-1teaspoon,coriander powder-1tbsp and salt as per taste and mix well.

Now add boiled chanas(with tea leaves pinch of salt and drops of oil) with their water andgive boil on sim for 5 minutes till they mix well.

Serve hot with salad.
