Ingredients

  • 3eggs
  • 2-3 slicesAmerican cheese
  • Cuphomemade chili
  • Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs while melting butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour in skillet cover until top of egg is just cooked

  2. 2

    Place cheese slices folded in half over center of egg and fold over both sides

  3. 3

    Turn off heat and cover to let cheese melt, then plate and cover with heated chili
