Ingredients

200 gramswheat flour
2Boiled Potatoes
1 cupgreen peas boiled
1/2 cupgreen garlic
1/2 bunchgreen coriander
1 tspsalt
2 tspoil
1 tspginger chilli paste
1 tspAmchur powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

Knead the dough of all the above ingredients.Rest it for 10 mins.

Roll the Parantha.Take heart shape cutter.Press the cutter over paratha.Now take the paratha over Tawa.Put little butter or oil or ghee.

Now your paratha is Ready.Garnish with tomato ketchup and cheese.Serve wth curd
