Vanilla coloured cupcakes with a touch of heart chocolate on top

Steps

Sift your flour twice.

In a mixing bowl, add margarine n whisk abit.

Add sugar n continue whisking till light n pale.

Add eggs one at a time as u whisk.

Fold in your flour so gently into bits. If need be add some butter milk.

Add your colour, fold in well till the colour mixes well into the butter.

Align your cup cake cases/ liners in your cupcakes tray.

Scoop your butter into them filling up to 3/4 leaving the 1/4 space to give them enough space to rise.

In your already pre heated oven, bake your cup cakes at 170 degrees for 25-30 mins or until a toothpick inserted at the centre comes out clean.

Remove them from the oven n cool them.

Serve them when ready.

Once they cool, in a double boiler, melt your chocolate then there those cookie cutters with a heart shape, pour some melted chocolate n keep it in the fridge to settle. Once they selltle, remove them from the fridge n from the cutter. With the melted one that you let, pour some little on top of the cupcake then stick your hearty chocolate.

Enjoy them with a cup of warm milk or hot chocolate. Hot cappuccino can also do well.
