In a container assemble all purpose flour dry yeast sugar lukewarm milk and salt then mix them all together and knead a soft dough

Now add 2 teaspoon soft butter in the dough and mix it well.punch for 15 to 20 minutes. Rest the dough for three hours in warm place

After 3 hours the dough should be very double in size. Knead it again. You can dust very little flour.

Divide the dough into three section and shape them into balls

For stuffig put in a container 1 cup desiccated coconut 5 teaspoon sugar powder 1 egg 3 teaspoon melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix them well

Roll out each ball with a rolling pin and put the coconut mixer on middle portion. Apply little water at edges. stick the both sides of the rolled dough then roll it with hand

Make all three rolls in same process. Put a foil paper on a baking tray and grease it with butter then put all three rolls in the baking tray now let it rest for 30 minutes

For topping put all purpose flour melted butter and sugar powder in a bowl. put it in a piping bag and Spread it on the Rolls. Brush the rolls with egg yolk and spread some sesame seeds on it

Preheat the oven in 180 degree centigrade then bake the coconut rolls for 18 minutes

Brush the coconut bread with melted butter and Serve it.
