  1. 1 cuplong grain rice
  2. 1 Tablespoonchopped onions
  3. 1 Tablespoonparsley flakes
  4. 1 Tablespoonbeef bouillon granules
  5. 1/2 teaspoonthyme
  6. 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  8. 1/4 teaspooncayenne pepper
  9. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1large bay leaf
  11. 2 1/2 cupswater
  12. 1 candiced tomatoes (diced)
  13. 1/2 cantomato sauce (8 ounces)
  14. 1/2 poundsausage (sliced)
  15. 1/2 poundshrimp
  16. 1whole chicken breast (cooked)

Cooking Instructions

    In a dutch oven, combine mix rice, onion, parsley, beef bouillon, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne, salt, bay leaf, water, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, sausage and chicken. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add shrimp and simmer until shrimp are cooked, around 7-10 minutes.
