Poha Snack
Steps

Soak the poha in water for 5-10 minutes. Then take it out and strain it.

Take 2 loaves of bread and cut it's 4 outer sides. Dip it in water for a second.

Take a bowl and mash the bread and poha together.

Now add some cornflour to the mix. Then add salt, red chilli powder to it. Mix well and knead it.

Spread it on a tray and cut it into pieces.

Heat a pan, add oil to it.

Now cook the poha pieces in it on a low flame.

Note: You can also deep fry it if you want.

You can serve it either with curd or chutney.
