Steps

Make marinate with ginger garlic paste, black pepper fine, chicken spice, chicken tikka spice, Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric, salt and egg.

Cut chicken into strips and marinate for 30 minutes in fridge.

Make coating spice with cake flour, southern coating spice (hot and mild) and chicken tikka spice.

Heat oil in large pot on stove. Coat chicken in flour mixture and deep fry until golden brown.

Enjoy them while they are hot.
