  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 teaspoonground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonground cumin
  • 2 teaspoonspaprika
  • 1 pinchred pepper flakes
  • 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  • 3green onions
  • 1 cupcanned corn kernels
  • 2small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cupcanned black beans
  • 2 cupscooked rice
  • 1/2 poundground beef

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok and add spices

  2. 2

    Add ground beef and saute until evenly cooked

  3. 3

    Add green onions and saute 1 to 2 minutes over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Add corn, black beans, and tomatoes and saute until tomatoes release their juices

  5. 5

    Add rice and stir until heated thoroughly. Salt to taste.
