I just love the taste and aroma of this soup, the bitter leaf does some magic in my mouth and the oil is fresh and healthy.

The leaves in the nylon one is dry bitter leaf, the other one is the native leaf

These are the main ingredients, the long stick is a spice too.

Wash and boil goat meat with salt, onions, yellow fresh pepper, seasoning cubes, garlic with just the water from the meat.

Wash and boil the palm kernel and extract the juice with warm water. Pour into the pot of boiling meat and allow to boil until meat is soft if not already sof.

Remove the pepper and blend. Check the banga soup and ensure that it is to your desired thickness. Add the blended pepper, banga spice, allow to cook for 5mins. Add crayfish and the different leaves. Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste as desired. Serve with your swallow of your choice. You can eat it with rice too.
