Preheat oven to 425°F

Mix dry ingredients together
- 3
Cut in shortening using a fork until mixture resembles a coarse meal
- 4
Slowly stir in milk until dough pulls from bowl sides
- 5
Put on floured cutting board and knead 15-20 times
- 6
Roll out dough to 1 inch thick
- 7
Cut biscuits with a large cutter or my method, a wide mouth glass dipped in flour... repeat step 6 until all dough is used

Put cut biscuits on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 13-15 min until bottoms are golden brown
- 10
Put desired goodies on them and then stuff your mouth hole
