Ingredients

  • Puff pastry ready rolled
  • About 50 g of Gorgonzola
  • Sprinkle of Parmesan
  • Sprinkle of dried rosemary
  • Beaten egg for glazing

Steps

    Glaze your pastry, add Parmesan

    Slice and roll up. Glaze the top. Bake at 200 for about 25 mins
