Ingredients

1 hour30 minute
6 servings
  • 80 gmmaida(all purpose flour)
  • 30 gmhazalnut flour
  • 200 gmcondensed milk
  • 60 gmbutter
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspnutella spread
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbspcoco powder
  • For frosting
  • 1 tbspnutella spread
  • 100 gmwhipping cream
  • For ganache
  • 1/4 cupsemi sweet chocolate (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cupwhipping cream
  • For topping
  • 8Ferrero rocher

Steps

1 hour30 minute
  1. 1

    In a bowl take butter(room temperature),beat 2-3 minutes

  2. 2

    Add condensed milk in it,beat the mixture until fluffy

  3. 3

    Seive all dry ingredients,maida, baking soda, baking powder,coco powder,2-3 times

    Add dry ingredients in butter mixture

  5. 5

    Mix with spatula until well combined

  6. 6

    Now add hazalnut flour,nutella, vanilla extract in the batter

  7. 7

    Gradually add milk in,mix well

  8. 8

    Pour the batter in greased baking tin

  9. 9

    Tap the tin 2_3 times,

  10. 10

    Put in preheated oven,bake for 25-30 minutes on 180 the.celcius,or check with toothpick inserted comes out clean

  11. 11

    Once baked let itcool on rack

  12. 12

    Meanwhile make frosting

  13. 13

    In a bowl whisk whipping cream, with nutella

  14. 14

    Spread cream on cake evenly,with knife

  15. 15

    Keep in fridge for 30 minutes

  16. 16

    Meanwhile make ganache

  17. 17

    In microsafe bowl warm whipping cream for 30 second

  18. 18

    Mixcream in shredded chocolate

  19. 19

    Let it sit for 2-3 minutes so the warm heavy cream melt the chocolate

  20. 20

    Whisk it until it starts to come together

  21. 21

    Remove cake from fridge

  22. 22

    Drizzle ganache on cake

  23. 23

    On top put Ferrero rocher

  24. 24

    Your cake is ready
