Mix the ingredients for samosa and knead until it form a hard but soft dough,allow for 30 mins.

After 30 mins,cut the dough and make small balls

Make a small circle with the ball

Add oil and flour in each circle

Arrange them one on top of one and pile
- 6
Using a rolling pin,roll the small circles to form one circle
- 7
Heat a pan and place the dough turning each side for 15 sec
- 8
It will start Bubbling when ready,then remove from heat and cut

Deep fry samosa
