  • Tomato paste
  • Seasonings and spices
  • Grinded scotch bonnet and onion
  • Palm oil
  • Cat fish
  • onion

  1. 1

    In a pot, add Palm oil and some sliced onion

  2. 2

    Add tomato paste, stir fry for five mins.

  3. 3

    Add stock, fish and seasonings and spices and leave it until water is well absorbed
