Steps

For making naan ;first in a bowl sieve all types of flour,salt, baking soda and baking powder properly.

In another bowl put rest of the ingredients(milk,oil, yogurt,sugar) and combine it well.

Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients,knead with hand for 9-10 minutes, prepare a soft dough, transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover and keep the dough rise in a warm place for 4-5 hours.(dough can be prepared a night before)

Divide the dough into 9 equal parts,form a smooth ball, again cover it and rest for 10 minutes.

Heat up an iron skillet on high heat, take a dough ball,roll it into an oval shape,(apply little oil on the top of the dough ball and roller)

Brush a spoonful of water on one side of the rolled naan,then transfer it on the hot skillet (watery part touch the hot skillet), let it cook for couple of minutes until bubbles on the top,

Flip the skillet directly to the gas, cook it another couple of minutes.

Brush with melted butter, prepare all the naan in same process.

For paneer tikka; in a bowl put yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, Red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, combine it well and prepare a smooth mixture.

Divide the mixture in two bowl, marinate paneer in one bowl and onion-capsicum in another bowl for 15-20 minutes.

Heat pan, brush it with oil,grill the marinated paneer and onion - capsicum till it done.

For assembled,lined baking tray with butter paper, arrange the naans, brush tomato sauce,then topped with grilled paneer and onion-capsicum, raw sliced onion - capsicum,tomato, grated mozzarella cheese.

Now put the baking tray in preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle oregano, black pepper powder, chilli flakes and serve hot.
