Take a bowl and sieve this besan, than mix ginger, green chillies paste, samolina, lemon juice, grated carrots, sugar, salt than mix well then put ENO /fruit salt for batter fermentation.

After preparing this batter, take muffins tray, grease with oil, then take muffin mould grease with oil then put half of this batter inside muffins mould.

Now repeat this process in all six muffins moulds and put in the muffins tray.

Now, we will put this tray inside microwave and bake upto four minutes, and keep out from microwave and at room temperature keep out from muffins mould.

For tempering take a small pan, put on the gas flame, at medium flame put oil, then add mustard seeds, till, chopped green chilli, hing, curry leaves, and finally small amount of water, just for softness of this muffins.

When all ingredients in the pan becomes cook, switch off the gas flame and spread over this muffins.

Now garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
