In a hot pan, add in carotino oil. Stir fry onion until caramelized.

Once onion turned golden brown (caramelized), add in minced beef. Stir fry.

In a new bowl, mix in all of the sauce ingrediants. Mix well and pour into the pan. Cook it and allow it to thicken. Set aside.

Using a sandwich maker/presser. First, butter your slices of bread, add in the beefy sauce and topped it with desired cheddar cheese!
