  • Scent leave
  • Maggi

  • Pepper
  • Garlic and ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Peal your yam and wash very well, put it on fire and allow to boil.

  2. 2

    After it has boil, add the chicken, garlic, ginger, crayfish, Nigeria nutmeg, udah, pepper, salt, Maggi and uzuza seed (it should be blendered) then cover and allow to boil for some time.

  3. 3

    After that add the scent leave. After some minutes, you bring it down
