First, mix 7 dag of yeast and heated milk. Then add 2 teaspoons of sugar. After that, put it in a flour and leave it for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the egg yolks, oil, the icing sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, rum, lemon zest in plastic canister. Squeeze the orange and add juice to other ingredients. Then step both mixtures with mixer and add 4 dl of warm milk and 1 teaspoon of salt. If the dough is too soft add flour, if it is too hard add milk.

Cover the dough and leave it for one hour.

Roll tbe dough to 1 centimeter and cut the circles (I did it with a glass). Put one circle on another. I put inside 1 teaspoon of apricot marmelade. Then cover them with kitchen cloth. Wait for half an hour.

Slowly heat the oil. Put them in the oil that the top side is facing down. Bake each side for about 2 minutes.

Sprinkle them with icing sugar.
