  • ForSabudana ki khichdi
  • As requiredGroundnut powder
  • 1Potato
  • 1tomato
  • 1-2green chillies
  • 1lemon(accordingly)
  • as neededOil
  • 2 tspred chillies
  • to tasteBlack salt
  • SomeFresh Green Coriander
  • 1/2 tspsauf/fennel seeds
  • 7-8groundnuts
  • 2 cupsSabudana
  • ForRajgeera halwa
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 cuprajgeera flour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupswater
  • As neededHomemade Potato chips
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • ForCoconut barfi
  • 1 cupcoconut powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana for an hour.

  2. 2

    Take a pan and put oil in it.

  3. 3

    Then, put sauf and then put some groundnuts (7-8).

  4. 4

    Let it fry till it becomes a little golden in colour.

  5. 5

    Then put potato, green chilli and tomato.

  6. 6

    Mix it well.

  7. 7

    Then put sabudana and groundnut powder.

  8. 8

    Cook it for 5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Then put lemon juice.

  10. 10

    And then let it dry for 5 minutes.

  11. 11

    Now it's ready to serve.
