Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsbaingan/brinjal slit
  2. 1potato and tomato
  3. 1onion
  4. to tastesalt
  5. to tastered chilli
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp nigella seeds
  8. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add nigella seeds add baingan and potato along with spices and mix well and cover it again open after 5 minutes and stir it,if potato get soft add tomato and cook by covering for a minute and serve.
