Steps

Peel and Grate the pumpkin.

In wok cook pumpkin till water dries.

When all water dries then add ghee and roast till it until it leaves the side of wok

Add sugar, cardamom powder and cook.

When sugar melts and it leave sides of wok turn off the gas.
- 6
Pour this to muffin moulds and set for few hours.
- 7
Demould and garnish with dry fruits. Halwa is ready.
