Firstly Peel potatoes and grate it with a thick grater.

Wash the grated potatoes with enough water then squeeze well

Now spread it on a kitchen towel for 20 minutes.

Take a small bowl and mix all the spices and keep asides.

Now heat oil in a pan and add the grated potatoes and fry on high flame for 2 mins.

Then lower the flame and fry till they become golden and crispy.

Drain the fry potatoes on a paper napkin then fry Peanuts and cashewnuts and Raisins separately

After that fry curry leaves also.

Now take a big bowl mix all fried ingredients, sprinkle the spices over the fried mixture and mix well.

Let's the Falhari chivda cool down completely then serve or store.
