Wash and soak sago for 5 hours

Now mix sago,boiled potato, spices, green chillies.

Knead like dough.

Now take small balls and give desired shape using cutter.

Now heat the pan or non stick tawa.

Grease it with brush.

Keep cutlets over it.

When one side is cooked, flip and cook other side with little oil.

Cutlet are ready, serve with green coriander chutney
