Ingredients

6 mins/side
  • 400 gcan of chickpeas
  • 1small red onion
  • 1garlic clove
  • Handfulparsley
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspground coriander
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 2 tbspplain flour
  • 2 tbspoil (to fry)

Steps

6 mins/side
  1. 1

    Drain and pat dry the chickpeas.

  2. 2

    Place all ingredients except the oil in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth.

    Shape into small patties with your hands.

    Fry in a non-stick pan with the oil for approx 3mins on each side.

    Serve with pittas, green salad and tomato salsa.
