Potatoes
Corn
Mushrooms chopped
Sausages chopped
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Smoked paprika
Mozzarella cheese
Sauce
3 tbspMayonnaise
2 tbspketchup
2 tbspfrench dressing
1 tbspmustard
Sprinkle of sugar
1 tspvinegar
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder

Steps

Scrub your potatoes. Rub olive oil all over. Sprinkle salt. Cover with aluminum foil. Roast in oven till soft

Cut the potatoes in half. Scoop out the I side and place it in a bowl. Add butter and spices and cheese. Mix then return to the potatoes

Fry mushrooms and sausage in butter

Add corn and mix

Add the mix to the potatoes, then the sauce, then the cheese

Put the potatoes back in the oven till the cheese melts
