Ingredients

  1. 200 gmboil white chole
  2. 1/4baking soda
  3. 1 spoonsalt
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1Tomato chopped
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 2 tsp green chilli and garlic paste
  8. 1/3Red Chilli Powder
  9. 1 spoonjeera
  10. 2medium spoon mustard oil
  11. For puri -
  12. Wheat dough with salt and ajwain

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mustard oil in kadai then mix in it jeera

  2. 2

    Then mix chopped onion, tomato,green chilli,garlic heat on low flame

  3. 3

    Then mix coriander,turmeric and red chilli powder

  4. 4

    After that mix boil chole in it and leave for a 5-10 minutes..

  5. 5

    Your chole sabji ready for eat with puri...
