Never Fail  Pie Meringue

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespooncornstarch
  2. 6 tablespoonssugar
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. 3egg whites
  5. few grains of salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt. Cook until thick and clear. Cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Beat egg whites until frothy. Continue beating while slowly adding cooked mixture. Continue beating for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cover your creation with the meringue. Bake at 450 degrees fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes until golden
