To make tart, in a bowl take amarnath flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and chilled ghee. Make a crumble, add chilled water and knead it.

Wrape it in butter paper. Keep it inside the fridge for 30 min.

Now remove from fridge, scuff it and make it soft. Now take a small ball and put it into mould. And press it to give shape. Prick it with knife.

Now put peanut on it, so that it will not puff off. Now put it into pre heated (180℃, 5min) air fryer. For 20 min. In 10 min remove peanuts and put it again in fryer. Tart is ready.

For chat take all ingredients of chat and mix it well. Fill the tart with chat. Sprinkle, chutney, coriander and red chilli. Our chat in amarnath tart is ready
