Serves 4 servings
  • 2 cupsBomba rice (about 400 grams)
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1 cupcauliflower florets (about 150 grams)
  • 1onion
  • 1leek
  • 2artichokes
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 cupfava beans (about 150 grams)
  • 1carrot
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, and saffron
  • 4 cupschicken or vegetable broth (about 1 liter), or use bouillon cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables.

    Sauté the vegetables in order of hardness, starting with the firmest.
