Cut, dice and slice the onion, garlic, cabbage, cauliflower and peppers.

Boil water with salt, black pepper and mixed herbs. Add the cauliflower and let it boil for 5 minutes. Drain and reserve.

On a frying pan, add the olive oil and melt 1 tbsp of butter, then add the sliced onion, the mixed peppers and the cauliflower. Fry on low to medium heat for a couple of minutes.

On a bigger pan, add the olive oil and melt the rest of the butter, then add the garlic and diced onion and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add the sliced cabbage and stir fry for some minutes until it reduces its size and it is cooked. Finally add the stir fried onion, cauliflower and peppers, mixed it well and stir fry for a couple of minutes more.
