Heat the milk and allow it to simmer, so that it's quantity reduces half.

Now add sugar and cardamom powder.

Switch off the gas and let it be cool.

Peel, deseed and chop the oranges

Once the milk has cooled then add chopped oranges and mix well. serve.

Serve chilled.
