Wash the beans,soak for some minutes to remove the outer skin,add the peppers and onions with crayfish then blend,put in vegetable oil and the seasonings

Get a mould of your choice,I used ice cream container,pour in the beans batter and cover(be careful not to over fill the container because you'll need the extra space).put water in a pot(the water should be about half of the pot so the container doesn't drown) put in your container and allow it to steam

Fry or boil the fish,debone and combine it with the diced eggs,onions,spring onions,add the stock cubes,then break the boiled eggs, whisk and por into the fish.

When the moi-moi is done,pour in the egg mixture on top and put it back to steam for about 10 mins and enjoy

Enjoy with yaji and Palm oil😋
