Soak the chana overnight. Add 8 cups of water and pressure cooked on a high flame.after the first whistle reduce it to a low flame and cook for about 35 min till it's soft.take out the chanaand keep aside.

Heat 5 tablespoon of ghee or oil in a pan. And fry 1tablespoon of gota zeera whole. Now add 2tablespoon of onion paste. And fry till golden brown. Then add 1tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. and fry well.add 3tablespoon of chopped tomatoes.add 3tablespoon of chhole masala powder,and salt to taste.and cook till oil seperates.

Next add boiled kabuli chana,and shimmer for 15 min.add 1tablespoon of garam masala powder,before serving. And stir for a min. Add 1/2tsp of lemon juice.and check for seasoning.

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves or min leaves. And serve hot with phulka puri.
